  • When do classes start and end?
    • Our full-year program runs from September 2024-June 2025.
    • Our half-year sessions run from September 2024-January 2025 and January 2025-June 2025.
  • Do you give discounts?
    • Pay in full discount at time of registration- Need to register before/within the 2nd week of classes
  • Do you have a payment plan?
    • For those not paying in full, 50% of the tuition is due at registration and the remaining 50% is due on November 15th.  For the spring session of Spin & Sparkle and Jammin' Juniors, 50% of the tuition is due at registration in December and the remaining tuition is due on March 15th.
  • What happens if I am late making my second payment?
    • All payments received after the due date will be charged a $50 late fee for each month that it is late.
  • If I would like to withdraw from a class, can I get a refund?
    • Yes, as long as the office has been notified via email by your second class.  The membership fee that was included in your tuition will be retained.
    • There are no refunds after the second class.  If the office is notified after the second class, a credit will be issued for the remainder of the season and can be used for private lessons, birthday parties, or classes in the following year. If after one month no request in writing has been made, no credit will be issued.  Studio credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.
    • Any refunds will be issued via check only.
  • Can I get credit for any missed classes?
    • There will be no credits for any missed class unless it is due to serious injury or sickness, in which case a doctor’s note must be provided stating the length of your dancer’s recovery time and expected return date.
  • Can I make up missed classes?
    • Based on availability in other classes.
      • Reasons eligible for missed classes:  studio closing due to inclement weather, specific holidays (refer to calendar), minor sickness or injury with a doctor's note.   Please email the office if you would like to schedule a makeup.
